In accordance with the university’s research incentive and subsidy regulations, faculty members are encouraged to engage in interdisciplinary research and industry-academia collaboration. Regular experience-sharing and exchange meetings are held for faculty members undertaking industry-academia collaboration projects, where patent technologies and project application experiences are shared to enhance the department’s overall research and development capabilities. These activities also strengthen connections between faculty members and enterprises, thereby promoting industry-academia collaboration projects.
