Introduction

Development Focus and Characteristics

The educational objective of this department is to cultivate professionals in information technology and management, enabling students to possess the professional competencies required by industry upon graduation. Emphasizing both theory and practice, the department teaches the practical operation methods of enterprise electronic business operations and technologies, equipping students with the ability to collect and analyze information, coordinate and integrate resources to solve problems, and evaluate the overall operation and performance of enterprises.
In response to the demands and future development trends in the field of information management, and in alignment with the expertise of the department faculty, the department’s development direction is designed around two major themes: “Enterprise Digitalization” and “Enterprise Computing Capability.” These serve as the department’s distinctive features, aiming to utilize information technology to assist enterprise operations and create innovative value.

 

Mid- and Long-Term Development Plan

1. Recruit additional faculty members to enhance teaching and research performance.
2. Continuously strengthen library resources, computer equipment, teaching quality, and research成果.
3. Expand the channels and scope of collaboration with research institutions and industries, with the aim of maintaining long-term cooperative relationships with industry.
