| Eligibility and Requirements | 1. Applicants who have graduated from a university or independent college accredited by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan and obtained a bachelor’s degree; or applicants who have graduated from a foreign university or independent college recognized by the Ministry of Education and obtained a bachelor’s degree; or applicants with equivalent academic qualifications. 2. Applicants with work experience. |
